Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. About these terms

These terms apply to tidywarren.com (the “Site”) and to every printable you get from Tidy Warren, free or paid. “Tidy Warren,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the Tidy Warren brand and its owner. By using the Site or downloading our files, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our files.

2. What you’re buying

Our products are digital downloads in PDF format, sized for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in). Nothing physical is shipped. To use them, you need a device that opens PDF files and, if you want paper copies, a printer. Printed colors may look slightly different from the preview images.

Each product description lists the number of pages and what’s included. Please read it before you buy.

3. Payment and delivery

Purchases are processed by lava.top, a third-party payment platform that takes your payment and delivers your file. Its terms and privacy policy apply to checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Lava is based outside the US, so your bank may add its own fees, such as a foreign transaction fee.

After payment, you can download your file right away, and you’ll also get an email with a download link. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us at support@tidywarren.com.

4. Your license

When you buy or download a Tidy Warren printable, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

• download, fill in and print the file for yourself and your household;
• print as many copies as you need for your own use.

You may not:

• share, email, upload or post the file, or pages from it, for others to download;
• resell, sublicense or give away the file, in its original or an edited form;
• use the file in products, courses or services you sell;
• remove our name or present the design as your own.

We keep all rights to our files, designs, text, and the Tidy Warren name and logo. Free printables are covered by the same license. If you’d like to use our printables in a class, workshop or business, email us first.

5. Refund policy

Because our products are digital and you get access immediately, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind.

We will refund your purchase if:

• the file won’t open or is damaged, and we can’t fix it by sending you a working copy;
• you accidentally bought the same product twice (we’ll refund the duplicate);
• you paid but never got access to the file, and we can’t deliver it.

To ask for a refund, email support@tidywarren.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout, the product name and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps. We usually reply within one business day.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through lava.top. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most file problems can be fixed in a few minutes.

6. Not financial advice

Our planners, worksheets, articles and examples are for educational and informational purposes only. They are tools to help you organize and track your money. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we don’t promise any particular result. For advice about your own situation, talk to a qualified professional.

7. Using the Site

Content on the Site is for general information and may change at any time. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it’s complete or free of errors.

The Site links to other websites, such as lava.top, Pinterest and the sources we cite. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Please don’t copy our articles or images to publish elsewhere. Sharing a link to our pages or saving our pins on Pinterest is always welcome.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our files and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Warren is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make using our materials. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don’t allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
